The 14-day guarantee, in plain English
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided you have not started the course. No lengthy forms, no penalty fees.
What counts as "not started"
A course is considered not started when your account shows:
- No lesson has been opened or played (0% progress recorded).
- No quiz or assessment attempt has been submitted.
- No certificate has been issued for the course.
- No downloadable resources (PDFs, workbooks, datasets) have been downloaded.
If any of the above has occurred, the course is treated as started and the purchase becomes non-refundable.
